Pescado is one of two master suites, and features an ensuite bath. Naturally, the room has air conditioning and heating, and there is ample wardrobe space, with television including English and German HD Satellite TV, with Netflix in English, German, Spanish, and French. Warm, pleasing lighting and large, quiet ceiling fans are controlled at bedside. Also includes a generous makeup desk with large mirror and lighting, and a hairdryer.

This is the second master bedroom, which is slightly larger due to the lack of an ensuite bath. This is a smaller room, but features a 160cm double bed, ideal for singles or couples. Naturally, the room has air conditioning and heating, with 43" smart UHD television including English and German HD Satellite TV, with Netflix in English, German, Spanish, and French. Warm, pleasing lighting and large, quiet ceiling fans are controlled at bedside.

This room is designed mainly for children, but accommodates two adults equally well. Two 90cm single beds, with air conditioning and heating, Warm, pleasing lighting and ceiling fans are controlled at bedside. Also a small makeup table with mirror and a hairdryer.

The living area features a large U-shaped sofa comfortably seating up to 8 persons, a 60" 4K UHD Smart TV with British, German and Spanish Satellite channels, and Netflix in English, German, Spanish, and French. A 2 x 2m picture window provides a panoramic view overlooking vinyeards, the local village, and the mountains.

There are 3 bathrooms. One is located outdoors at the pool bar, one is en-suite to the "Pescado" bedroom, and one is located between the "Toro" and "Olivar" bedrooms, just outside the kitchen.

Both indoor baths are nearly identical with contemporary styling, and feature a large walk in shower, toilet, large sink, mirrored cabinetry. Includes towels, soaps, shampoos, rinse, hair dryer, and everything you would normally expect in a well supplied bathroom.

The eat-in kitchen is large and well equipped, with coffee makers, juicer, 5 position gas cooktop, gas oven, microwave,dishwasher, wash machine, and American-style refrigerator, complete dinnerware for up to about 20 persons, pots, pans, basic cooking items, an assortment of spices, coffee and tea are provided.

The dedicated dining area is very spacious, pleasingly lit, and features a large table comfortably seating 8 persons with additional space for infant high chairs, with a large chandelier overhead. Additionally, a sideboard with all the necessary dining accessories, including wine glasses, serviettes, and other special dining accessories.

There are two outdoor dining areas. One is located on the main terrace, just outside the kitchen and seats 6-8 persons. In addition to a dining table, there is also a lounge area.

The other outdoor dining area is at the pool bar, and likewise seats 6-8 persons. The pool bar itself is also commonly used as a place to have drinks and snacks. There is also small kitchen with a refrigerator, grill, sink, and dinnerware.

The pool area features a 6m x 3m saltwater pool, shaded sun loungers for up to 8 persons, an outdoor full bathroom, a area bar with a small kitchen - Barbecue grill, refrigerator, sink and dining accessories. Also a ping pong table. The spacious area is generously adorned with typical Mediterranean flora, including cactus, succulents and palms.
